Finance & Account

With 25 years of experience in finance, taxation (VAT/GST/TDS), and accounting across diverse industries—including electronics distribution (Sony, LG, Haier, Carrier, Whirlpool, Godrej, and others) and real estate. I have honed my expertise in managing financial operations, compliance, and reconciliations.

I specialize in Tally and ERP-based accounting software, with a strong focus on TDS software reconciliation and ensuring GST compliance. My deep understanding of financial regulations and systems enables me to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and maintain compliance with evolving tax laws.

Sudhir Shukla

Operations

With an extensive career spanning 28 years across diverse fields, I took on a challenging commercial project of a Mall in 2014 with MI Group, overseeing the entire process from construction to leasing and management. This endeavor culminated in a successful completion with 85% occupancy by October 2018. Following this, I transitioned to managing a premium residential project for MI Group, MI Rustle Court, where I was responsible for leading the technical and maintenance teams, ensuring the smooth handover of the project. In 2021, I joined the Sapphire Group, where I took charge of their entire project portfolio. Most recently, in 2024, I joined BE Realty, where I continue to apply my experience to drive excellence in project management as Senior Manager Operations. Having a soothing and inspiring atmosphere, strong connections with management, and a culture of innovation really makes a difference in driving both personal and collective success. When everyone is aligned toward a common goal and the space fosters creativity and efficiency, it's amazing how much can be accomplished.

Siddiq Khan completed his engineering in 2009 and brings 15 years of dedicated experience in civil engineering construction with the Jaypee Group. He has honed his skills in construction supervision, quantity surveying, billing engineering, and land surveying. Siddiq has successfully led diverse projects, ranging from large-scale infrastructure to residential developments, demonstrating a commitment to quality and sustainability. In April 2021, he received a double promotion due to his smart work and expertise, becoming one of the youngest Project Engineers (Grade N6) in his age group.
